Hi, I'm Prachi. I started this firm after years of watching businesses treat HR as an afterthought — something to figure out only once a problem already landed on someone's desk. I wanted to build something different: a place where organizations could get senior-level HR support from the start, not just when things go wrong.

Six years in the field and a CHRP certification back that up. I've led employee relations cases that needed careful documentation, built policies teams actually follow, and sat across from managers navigating conversations they'd never been trained for. None of that made me more clinical about the work — if anything, it made me more convinced that good HR is fundamentally about people, not paperwork.
